PostgreSQL DBA (m/f/d)
For one of our clients in Rhein-Main-Area we are looking for a PostgreSQL DBA (m/f/d).
Location: remote & Frankfurt
Start: immediately
Your responsibilities/tasks:
- Administration of PostgreSQL databases throughout the development and production lifecycles.
- Manage backup and recovery functions for a PostgreSQL environment
- Plans and manages patch application on all database servers
Required Skills/Experience:
- Expert PostgreSQL Database Administrator/Architect (working with PostgreSQL v9.6 and above)
- In depth knowledge of PostgreSQL Architecture
- Experience with Python is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in any other (Oracle) database administration is a plus
- Good written and spoken English, German is a plus
Project start: immediately
Location: remote and Frankfurt
Duration: 6 month, extension possible
