ServiceNow Senior Developer (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer (m/f/d).
Location: Germany,
mostly remote, from time to time onsite on client side
Start: asap
Your tasks:
- Develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box or custom functionality, based on customer requirements.
- Implement, test, and deploy Business Rules, Workflows, Form Design, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets, and transform maps, ACLs and notifications
- Delivering solutions using Agile software development processes.
- Ensuring that incidents relating to ServiceNow are resolved according to Defined SLA’s
- Identify areas of weakness and continuously strive for improvements for the client.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Development experience across a range of ServiceNow products (ITSM, HR, CSM).
- Develop across the full stack of Web technologies -Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, React, HTML and CSS.
- Well-rounded knowledge of IT and SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of ITSM concepts and practical experience essential.
- CSA and CAD certifications highly desirable.
- ITIL certification desirable.
- Knowledge of relational databases beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Both self-motivated and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about ServiceNow.
- Good written and spoken English & German
Location: Germany, remote
Duration: 6 months, extension possible
