The company was founded and registered as a limited liability company in 2007. Two years later, we changed to a public limited company with employee participation. Since 2013 we have been supporting international companies and in 2018 we outsourced our UK and US business to avato consulting Ltd & INC. Looking ahead to 2023, our company is poised for an exciting future full of limitless possibilities. With our commitment to innovation, we are ready to take on new challenges and achieve even greater milestones in the years to come.

It has now been 15 years since we started business and we celebrated this on 07.07.23 at the Seehotel in Niedernberg.

We started the day with an activity. In the so-called Bavaria Challenge, employees competed against each other in teams in seven different activities. From a hammer and nail contest, to a juice push (see picture below), to a quiz and an estimation task, there was something for every employee.

Afterwards we went to the “Blockhaus”, where we were welcomed with cold drinks and a fantastic view. After the usual (of course not missing) speeches, we had a delicious BBQ buffet. After good conversations, more drinks and fun photo challenges, the day ended with a surprise appearance by a magician. What a day!

For us, 2023 is a special year, because we are celebrating our 15th anniversary. But that’s not the only event coming up:

On 25 January we will start with the second round of our webinar on “Knowledge Mining for ServiceNow Knowledge Bases”. Click here to register. In February we will celebrate our kick-off and start a new webinar series. #staytuned

In June, we will participate in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge and raise money with our campaign #avatomovesforbenefit. But this is not the only challenge we want to take as a company. We also want to take on others and raise money for various initiatives.

An exciting and eventful year is coming to an end.

We were able to welcome many new faces to our team and, in addition to the virtual events at the beginning of the year, we were finally able to celebrate this year’s summer event and our Christmas party in person again.

We were able to build a community of over 211 members (December 2022) in just a few months with our own  LinkedIn group ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) – EMEA and were the largest LinkedIn ServiceNow event with our webinar on “Knowledge Mining for ServiceNow Knowledge Bases” in November (be curious, because in January it continues).

But we were also able to help people in need. In addition to our #avatomovesforbenefit campaign, where we raised money locally for Ukraine Relief through various sporting activities, we added another amount on top of our donation for every employee donation. Now at Christmas time, we have donated to the Strahlemann Foundation for every Christmas card we send out, with the aim of giving young people a chance at education.

After two years, we could finally celebrate our Christmas party together in public again this year. First we went to the Bornheimer Ratskeller in Frankfurt. There we were spoiled with dishes from regional producers. Afterwards we went with a short digestive march towards the festival place to the Circus Roncalli. Already from far away we could see the illuminated domes and historical wagons of the circus. The animal- and plastic-free circus convinced with its unique show, consisting of painting, film, inspiring costumes, its own orchestra and artistic highlights. The entertaining clowns, the impressive show of the jugglers, the dexterity of the magicians and the daredevil gymnasts created a unique atmosphere for young and old.

We wish all employees a wonderful Christmas season and a good start into the new year!
